Sometimes it takes a little while to blog a wedding. This can be because my priorities were set on getting all pictures and albums to my clients before I blog or just because it takes me so long to select my favourite images of a wedding.

International weddings belong to my favourite events to photograph. Different languages, different traditions and always a very special love story.

Maria-Luise and Mark met in Dubai playing beach volleyball. He is Australian and she is German. Who didn’t believe in faith should believe in it now.

They got married in the church in Billerbeck and their reception and celebration was held at the wonderful farm of Maria-Luises’s parents. They had a huge white tent filled with perfect styling with an Arabian touch. I can’t imagine a ballroom or location could have been more beautiful than this tent in this stunning garden. It was an emotional day for them both and it was great for me to witness the love between them and the love of their family.
