As a wedding photographer I am a story teller. Some weddings are so full of happenings and love that you are suprised at the end of the evening that the day is over. Only the pictures make you remember the vibrant day and all the people you talked with. The wedding day of Peggy and Robin was definelty one of those weddings. After more then ten years of living together and two children Robin finally asked Peggy to marry her. After a family session and a personal portrait session without their children we went to ‚t wapen in Reeuwijk to meet all the guests and had lunch. From there we went by boat to the second location ‚t vaantje. I was praying in the boat that the rain wont start and we were lucky as it only started when we were already doing the group shots. Their ceremony was held in the garden (under a tent) where the couple was surrounded by all their family and friends and many children.It was a pleasure to capture a wedding so full of joy and love.

Last week I had finally the honour to deliver the albums to their home and see them again.
