Een herenhuis Rotterdam bruiloft | Martine & Michael
We met the first time in November shortly before I left for my annual vacation. It was a cold and rainy gray day in Rotterdam. I was welcomed with home made cake and coffee and we immediately started talking about their lovely house and their love for cooking and baking. We laughed and chatted about so many things until we finally started talking about their wedding. I was immediately in love with them and their idea of a casual wedding with family and friends in the garden of Martine’s parents. Their ideas got realized by Marie-Jose and Ingrid from Eindeloos Events – so I knew this will be a perfect wedding day.
Finally their big day came and it was nothing short of colorful and amazing. Martine and Michael got married in the Herenhuis in Rotterdam among their family and friends. They had booked the most beautiful weather for a Dutch wedding. The reception, dinner and after that the party took place at her parents garden. Martine and Michael are some of the relaxed people I ever worked with. They just wanted to enjoy their day with family and friends. So I got lucky to take a little of their time on the wedding day for some portraits. Martine and Michael, Thank you for choosing me as your wedding photographer. It was fun to work with you and an honor to be part of your day.
A special thanks from me to David Curry who was my second shooter on this wedding and took some rock star pictures and carried my lens bag. I am so happy you worked with me on this special wedding day. Some of the images below are courtesy of David.
