Autumn wedding at Landgoed te Werve | Hanna & Bastian

Last September we went back to Holland to photograph the beautiful wedding of Hanna and Bastian. The wedding was organized and styled by two of our favorite wedding planners Marie-Jose and Ingrid from Eindeloos Events. The wedding colors were yellow and blue and so were all the flowers and decoration for the day. Even Hanna’s shoes were blue. Hanna and Bastian met at their home as they lived as flatmates in the same apartment in Rotterdam. They were lucky to have their family and friends from Holland, China and Germany over for their special day.  It was a quirky and fun day with so many different nations around. We were lucky for 20 minutes where the rain just stopped and we could go out in the beautiful park around Landgoed te Werve to take some portraits of Hanna and Bastian and as the rain continued we just took the chance to take some portraits with perfect window light inside their perfectly chosen wedding location. I truly love when a location is so pretty that taking images inside is not a second choice or plan B but just perfect. I also loved the idea of including their cultures and traditions into the day.  In the evening just for the dinner Hanna changed her outfit from a classic white wedding dress into a traditional red Chinese wedding dress.
