Autumn is here
last Friday we were standing the whole evening in just a t-shirt in the garden of our friends to celebrate the birth of their little daughter. And then one rain shower came and with that rain everything about this nice summer breeze was gone. It was chilly outside, the air is wet and the wind is cold on the face. It is autumn with just one rain shower. And instead of complaining that summer is over and that it is cold everywhere I go I wanted to share with you my three favorite things about this season.
– finally being allowed to sit on the couch in the evening reading a book, watching a film, drinking some red wine and just being cosy at home
– potato soup (I guess no explanation needed)
– autumn walks. These walks in the woods when the last sunlight comes through the colored leaves and you see them falling with every chilly wind blast.
I can think of nothing better before sitting on my couch and eating potato soup.
